About the oven
This is one of the ovens from Kiwi Pizza Oven. It is a traditional Neapolitan wood-fired pizza oven for home and small business use. The oven has excellent thermal protection so, despite 500°C inside, it can only be slightly warm outside /about 40-50°C. Thanks to this, it can be placed on any type of base /timber, concrete, metal/ and surroundings without special protection against high temperatures of the wall. In addition, under the paint it is protected by a special waterproof coating, so placing it under the roof is not required. The oven is super efficient so to heat up it you need only 8-10pcs of firewood. The chimney can be extended with standard stainless stel flue and/or cover with a rain cap.
It takes about 1-5 min to bake a pizza. You can also bake bread and cakes, stew or dumplings, roast fish or sausage, make marmalade, dry fruit or mushrooms, and much more. You can also do all kinds of slow cooking as the oven cooling time is 24 hours.

About the parts
In the set, you will receive the inner refractory dome (1200°C) consisting of 4 quarters, with ceramic fibre strips as insulation between them (1150°C), refractory mortar (1300°C) and the bolt with refractory washers (1150°C) and manual. The elements lock like a puzzle thanks to a special recess at their joints, and the fibre-strips placed there create a flexible and tight connection. This is kitset of the Kiwi Pizza Oven which included all the main important parts. It is a traditional Neapolitan wood-fired pizza oven for home and small business use. Choose this set if you want to permanently install the oven on an existing concrete base, and you want to create its outer shell yourself or if you want to give the oven a different look than the traditional one, for example by placing it on an existing base and covering it with concrete blocks.
